1. General Provisions
These Terms are a legally binding contract between the administration of the opcart.eu website and You. By placing an order and downloading digital products on this website, You confirm Your full and unconditional agreement with these Terms. In case of disagreement, please refrain from making purchases.
2. License and Usage Rights
All digital products presented on the website are subject to copyright and are provided to You under a non-exclusive perpetual license. By purchasing access to a product, You receive the right to use it with the following restrictions:
- Single Domain: The license is valid for use on only one live domain and its technical subdomains.
- Prohibition of Redistribution: You are prohibited from reselling, transferring, publishing, or distributing the software code of the products (either in original or modified form) to third parties.
- Intellectual Property: Exclusive rights to the software code and design of the products remain with the developer.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content if access was provided with the purchaser's consent.
By placing an order and downloading digital products, You confirm Your consent to receive the service and acknowledge that You lose the right to a refund without providing a reason within 14 days.
Refunds are issued only if the product contains a critical error that makes its use impossible, provided that our support team was unable to fix this error within 7 business days.
4. Support and Updates
We provide free technical support for 12 months from the date of purchase. Updated versions of the product are provided perpetually to all verified purchasers who have an account on our website.
Technical support includes:
- Assistance in resolving errors encountered during product operation.
- Consultations on the declared functionality of the product.
Support does NOT apply to:
- Training on how to work with OpenCart CMS.
- Installation and configuration of the product by support staff, unless this service was ordered and paid for separately.
- Individual customization of functionality for specific client requirements.
- Resolving conflicts with third-party extensions or issues on the hosting provider's side.
5. Limitation of Liability
Digital products are provided on an "as is" basis. The administration of opcart.eu is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, profits, or the functionality of Your online store, arising from the use or inability to use our products. You bear full responsibility for creating data backups before installing any software.
6. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
