Digital delivery

All products and services available on opcart.eu are provided exclusively in digital form. No physical goods are delivered. By placing an order, the user confirms that the subject of the agreement consists of digital content and/or digital services within the meaning of applicable European Union legislation.

Digital Products

Digital products (including software modules, extensions, files, updates, and related materials) are provided electronically after successful payment confirmation by one or more of the following methods:

  • through the user’s account on the opcart.eu website by providing the ability to download files;
  • by direct installation performed by the staff of the AAX OPCART·EU platform directly on the purchaser’s website, provided that such service has been ordered and paid for;
  • in certain cases — via electronic communication channels associated with the user’s account.

Digital content is deemed to be delivered at the moment the user is granted access to it.

In most cases, access to digital content is provided immediately after payment confirmation. In exceptional cases (manual payment verification, technical maintenance, or other operational reasons), access may be provided within up to 24 hours.

Digital Services

With regard to digital services, including technical support, consulting, development, migration, maintenance, and subscription-based services, the following conditions apply:

  • the commencement of service provision is agreed individually;
  • execution timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the work;
  • interaction and service delivery are carried out through agreed electronic communication channels, including email, ticketing systems, or other platforms.

A digital service is deemed to have commenced from the moment actual work begins or access to the relevant service environment is provided.

The delivery of digital content or the commencement of digital services may be confirmed by one or more of the following methods:

  • granting the user the ability to download the digital product or access the digital service within the user’s account;
  • automated system notifications or messages sent via email;
  • technical records and system logs confirming the provision of access, activation, or commencement of work.

The listed methods of confirmation constitute sufficient and proper evidence of the delivery of digital content or the provision of digital services.
